Terms and Conditions
You view these sales conditions ("conditions") because you use a Castore website, social media platform or mobile app ("platform"). When you place an order on the platform, these are the conditions under which we deliver the products you ordered ("products") to you. Castore can revise these conditions without prior notice by placing revised conditions on the platform. The conditions placed on the platform when you place your order are the conditions that apply to your order.
These conditions provide information about who we are, how we deliver the products to you, how the contract can be changed and other important information. Read these conditions carefully before placing an order on the platform.
- About us
The platform is managed by J. Carter Sporting Club Limited (T/A Castore) ("Castore", "We", "us"). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09670915, with our registered address at 1 Central Street, Manchester, England, M2 5WR.

- Details about your order
After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail in which the receipt of your order is confirmed. Keep in mind that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of the order takes place as soon as the products have been sent to you. At that time there is a binding contract between you and us, in which these conditions are included ("contract"). If we are unable to deliver one of the products, we will inform you of this in writing. As soon as you place your order, we will start processing your order, which means that you cannot change your order before it is delivered, but you may be able to return your products on the basis of Article 10 or 11 of these conditions.
From time to time we can make small changes to a product to reflect changes to relevant laws and legal requirements.
