Read these general terms and conditions ("conditions") carefully. The conditions contain important information. By participating in this price draw, each participant declares that he agrees with the applicability of the conditions.

How to participate

The price draw runs from 10:00 am (GMT) at 23 November 2023 (the "opening date") until the date as determined by Castore
(the "closing date") (the "price drawing period"),
All submissions for the price draw must be received by the organizer at the latest at 11:59 PM on the closing date. All entries for the price draw that are received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
To participate in the price draw, you only have to complete all requested personal information on the participation form (which you can find here: Fanshop.feyenoord.nl) and to send a completed participation form before the closing date.
No purchase needed, but participants must be aware that data costs can be charged, depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.
The organizer accepts not:

Responsibility for entries for the price draw that lost, searched, damaged or delayed during transport, regardless of the cause, including for example as a result of a postal failure, defective equipment, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or softwaring of any kind; or
Proof of shipment or shipment as proof of receipt of participation in the price draw.

By submitting a participation in the price draw, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
No other ways for participation are accepted than described above. Incomplete submissions are not valid and are not accepted.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the price draw and to remove submissions from the website if they are not in accordance with these rules of conduct or are otherwise contrary to the conditions.

Who can participate

The price drawing is only accessible to all residents of the Netherlands aged 18 or older, except:

employees of the promoter or his holding or subsidiaries;

Members of the direct families or households of (a) and (b) above.

By participating in the price draw you confirm that you are eligible for this and qualify to claim the price. The organizer may require you to provide evidence that you are eligible for participation in the price draw.
The organizer does not accept a pricing enforcements that: (a) are automatically generated by a computer; (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; (c) being illegible, have been changed, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (d) photocopies and no originals; Or incomplete.
There is a limit of one participation in the price draw per person. Entries on behalf of another person are not accepted and joint submissions are not permitted.
The organizer reserves all rights to disqualify you if your behavior is contrary to the spirit or intention of the price draw.

The price

The prices that can be won for this price draw are as follows:

There will be one (1) winner of four (2) general admission tickets for the Feyenoord -PSV competition Eredivisie in De Kuip that takes place on Saturday December 3; And

Hotel and travel costs are not included and are not covered by the organizer. The winner is responsible for making travel and accommodation schemes around the use of the prize. All other costs incurred related to the fulfillment of the price are exclusively the responsibility of the winners.
The winner ensures that both himself and any guests that he or she will bring to the competition will behave responsible before, during and after the event, and you agree that the organizer is not liable if you and/or your guest are refused access to the competition. When using the prize, the winner and his/her guests will behave in a way that is not dangerous for himself or the public, or is in any way anti -social, or that causes nuisance or nuisance for others.
The winner is responsible for all costs related to the price (such as travel documents, visa, insurance) and these costs are not reimbursed by the organizer.
You accept that participation in the competition is subject to the own general terms and conditions, regulations and/or participation requirements of the organizer of the event (including medical requirements). The organizer is not liable if you or your guest are not available on or around the date and/or time of the competition as he was informed by the organizer.
You accept that the availability, data and times of the event are determined by the organizers of the event, on which the organizer has no control, unless the organizer is the organizer of the event.
The organizer is not liable if you or your guests are refused access to the event for whatever reason that can be attributed to you or your guest.
Prices depend on availability. There is no cash alternative to the price.
The price is not negotiable or transferable.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that he or she can accept the prize and use the price. To prevent doubt: the organizer is not liable in the event that the winner and/or his/her guest are refused access to the location.
The price cannot be exchanged for a different price. The price is personal and not transferable.
The winner agrees not to sell, offer or use it in the price for commercial or promotional purposes (including placing a price on an internet auction site).
The winner agrees and accepts - as soon as the winner has exchanged the prize - that all taxes or costs with regard to the prize come for his/her account.
The organizer reserves the right to change or withdraw the price. The alternative price will have at least an equal or greater value.
Prices that are not exchanged for whatever reason remain the property of the organizer. In the event of rejection of a price, the price also comes to the organizer.

Winner

The winner is selected via any draw that takes place by an independent person or by means of a computer process within 48 hours after the closing date. The organizer will inform the winner (s) within 48 hours after the draw by e-mail and instruct how they can claim a prize.
The organizer's decision is final and it is not possible to correspond or discuss it.
The organizer will personally contact the winner as soon as possible after the price draw, via the telephone number or e-mail address specified at the entry for the price draw. The organizer will not change contact details after the participation form for the price draw has been submitted.
The organizer must publish or make information available that shows that a valid allocation has taken place. To meet this obligation, the organizer will send copies of their winning submissions to anyone who asks for such information via concierge@castore.co.uk or writes to the organizer on 1 Central Street, Manchester, M2 5WR (with a supply) in a valid way.
If you object to the publication or make your surname, province and winning entry available, please contact the organizer at the post address mentioned above. In such circumstances, the organizer must still provide the information and the winning entry on request to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Accepting the price

The organizer will make all the reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or not available, whether the price has not claimed within 7 days after the draw, the organizer reserves the right to offer the price to the following eligible participant, selected from the correct submissions that were received before the closing date. .
The organizer does not accept any responsibility if you are unable to receive the prize.

Limitation of liability

Insofar as permitted by the law, the organizer, his agents or distributors are under no circumstances responsible or liable for the reimbursement of the winner, or they accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death as a result of participating in the action. Price, except when it is caused by the organizer's negligence, are agents or distributors or those of their employees. Your legal rights are not affected.

The organizer only processes your personal information as set out in https://castore.com/pages/privacy-policy/ and https://feyenoord.fanshop.nl/pages/privacypolicy. See also condition 4 and condition 5.5 with regard to the announcement of winners.
By participating in the price draw, you acknowledge that your name and e-mail address will be made available to the organizer.

Generally

If there is any reason to assume that there is a violation of these conditions, the organizer can, at his own discretion, the right to exclude you from participating in the price draw.
If the organizer has reasons to suspect a participant or third party of deception, deception or fraudulent or unsporting behavior of any nature whatsoever (including, but not limited to, manipulating the price stretching or submission), the organizer reserves the right to (in accordance with his own approval) to be a participant, entry or assocceable with themed activity.
The organizer reserves the right to declare, suspend, cancel or change the price drawing invalid at any time when this becomes necessary.
English law applies to these terms and conditions, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
