Return

For online purchases: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us in its original state.

 

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and we will repay the original purchase price. The items of clothing must be unused and with all relevant cards still on. Our packaging is part of the product and must be returned together with the goods. This is also to ensure that the/the product (s) returns to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Damaged or polluted returns may not be accepted and can be returned to the customer and/or refund can be refused. Refunds do not include any delivery and shipping costs.

 

Keep in mind that we are currently cannot exchange products; We apologize for the inconvenience that this can cause. Moreover, personalized items are not eligible for returns and are refused and returned to the customer.

 

All free gifts that are sent with your order must also be returned with your order. These must be in your return package to be eligible for a refund.

 

If you want to return your products, use our return portal. Click on the link below to process your shipping label and this will then give you instructions on the following steps to continue with your return shipment.

Make sure you have the correct order number and use the correct e-mail address with which you originally placed your order when you return your items through our portal.

 

Make a note of your tracking number on the label before sending your item. You may have to provide this if your package has been delayed or lost during transport. It is your duty to reasonably take care of the goods and you are liable for any damage until the package is received in our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been returned to us by a courier or another delivery service.

 

Restitutions are credited via the buyer's original payment method. Original shipping costs are not reimbursed. The amount is repaid in the currency used to make the original purchase. As a result of fluctuations in exchange rates, the repaid amount can be slightly higher or lower than the originally paid price.

 

As soon as the return shipment is received in our warehouse, we will start processing the reimbursement as soon as possible. It can take up to 30 days before the reimbursement amount appears in your account.

Defective goods

Defective goods refers to production problems. Articles damaged by normal wear are not considered defective.

 

Please contact us cs.feyenoord@castore.co.uk To claim your warranty. We ask for a clear picture of the damage and how the item of clothing is washed and dried. This will then result in returning the garment.
